「佳飼美」是針對單胃動物腸道健康，及改善飼料換肉率，而設計的合生素製劑。配方中的益生菌促進了腸道內的有益菌群，減少了病原菌的附著，以及它們對腸道的危害；酵素的添加與益生菌產生協合作用，增進了飼料的消化。產品的優越性在於甘露寡糖以及β-葡聚醣，它們能凝集第一型的線毛病原體，例如：沙門氏菌、大腸桿菌，也能吸附黴菌毒素，同時藉由酵母產品的小肽分子、氨基酸，以及核苷酸，對微皺褶細胞提供營養；「佳飼美」含有礦物質，可經由腸道與排泄物內的水份含量，調整飼料在體內移動的速度。

Beneficial probiotics in Optimus promote the favorable intestinal colonization, reduce the adherence of pathogens and lessen their damages to the gut. Enzymes work in synergy with the probiotics to improve the feed digestibility.
MOS and β-glucans contribute to the elimination of type 1 fimbriae bacteria (Salmonella and E. coli), the adsorption of mycotoxins, and in the nutrition of enterocytes, due to the presence of peptides, amino acids and nucleotides. Mineral helps to regulate the feed flow rate through the intestines and the excreta moisture level.
